Can Claude create leads and opportunities in Close?

Will Claude send emails or delete records in Close on its own?
No. Sending an email and deleting any record are gated write actions. Claude can prepare the message or change and show you exactly what will happen, but it runs only after you approve it. The connector authenticates as your account, so it never has more access to Close than you already do.
How do you connect Close to Claude?
