How do you connect Oracle Database to Claude Code?

Claude Code reaches outside tools through MCP servers. To connect Oracle Database, you add a Oracle Database MCP server: a small hosted service that exposes Oracle Database's data and actions over the Model Context Protocol. What can Claude Code do in Oracle Database once connected?

Is it safe to give a coding agent write access to Oracle Database?
Write access is scoped, not blanket.
